چکیده

One of the most essential inherent characteristics a combustible mixture is laminar burning velocity. Because its relevance, many methods for measuring flame velocity have been devised. advanced procedure was used to derive in constant volume vessel blends iso-octane and n-heptane/air mixtures this study: particle imaging velocimetry. Based on precise flow field with vectors, velocimetry (PIV) provides highly accurate velocities. The results PIV method were compared Schlieren data simulations based detailed LLNL gasoline surrogate chemical kinetics. It found that measured velocities using more consistent. To predict binary primary reference fuel (PRF) investigated study, five blending laws all them demonstrated strong application high accuracy. Leeds Q/k law variation curve heat release rate/reaction process predictive capability as well.
